The process of water turning into a cloud is called Condensation!



  • Water from the oceans, lakes or dirt evaporates and rise up into the sky. 
  • When the water vapour turns cold, it goes through a process called condensation and turn into clouds.
  • The clouds then precipitates into water or ice which causes rain or snow (clouds can only make ice/snow when it is very high up).
